Absolute horrible experience. Ive been a customer for only a year and they've messed up my order 3 different times already. Than they want to act as if its my fault they sent the wrong product. Telling me I need to make sure its the right product before opening. HELLO SEND THE RIGHT PRODUCT AND I SHOULDNT NEED TO CHECK. DO YOUR JOB ITS AS SIMPLE AS THAT. Than they threaten to put every upcoming order i have on hold until they receive the wrong product they sent. Talk about a JOKE. THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. Thank you Catherine
