They stayed in contact with me the whole time, never needed them. It took me 2 evenings to complete the complete kit and CCV bypass, truck runs amazing. I wish I had done it when I first bought it. I would recommend this 100 %.

Customer service was awesome. I love the EZ link tuner. Great install instructions and videos. The delete pipe however, I was not impressed with, it didn’t fit well, I had to take it out and cut it 3 different times to get it to fit and the hanger bracket barely engages the hanger. Also the exhaust clamp for securing the 2 sections together is super cheap, it stripped before it went tight and now I have a small exhaust leak where they join. I’m not sure if it’s a new vendor or what the issue is but I would highly suggest you look into it. You fix that and the whole kit is awesome.

Ordered the full delete package and the plug connector caps and everything arrived fast and fit perfectly.
