Mid-Century Damsel Extension Dining Table

So disappointed. After pining over this walnut dining table, i finally ordered it for the new house we just moved into. Picturing family around this table was a dream until we assembled it. With the leaf installed, the seams where they join the table are off. This leaves a lot of bumpy, high/low edges on which I am certain a plate will catch and stop it from smoothly sliding across the table. If someone is seated at the seams, their dinner plate will be wobbly. I still love the table, but it's imperfect. New furniture should not be imperfect, in my humble opinion.
