Big Gauge Internally Threaded Barbell Tongue Ring

The first set I ordered was lost in transit so you sent me a replacement to make up for it but when I got the replacement it’s ball wouldn’t tighten down all the way to the shank for the barbell to sit flush on the stem of the tongue ring.
