Beautiful scarf, lovely wrapping, but problems with clearance at the Swiss customs

Beautiful scarf, lovely wrapping, but problems with the Swiss customs as Ovcio was not mentioned on the label of the parcel, only China. Had to send them a proof of the value of the good, the invoice, and pay the custom fee for the clearance. Which was refund via your sale support. after our mail exchange. May be something to im prove from your side in this regard. I ordered 2 scarves. The first went through without problem. Wishing you all the best!

Light as a feather for real!!

Love most everything about this "featherlight" scarf. Got the green hue (my fave color), & it's as pretty as it appears on screen. It's likewise amazingly warm! My one tiny gripe has to do with the static, but am told I can get an aerosol spray to.combat that. Still, I do love it!
