North Star Necklace

I received this necklace two weeks ago. The gold finish has come off the chain. The medallion is still gold. I wrote company about the problem, a refund was not offered. Thus product is not worth the money. Will try to return for a refund, but not thinking I will get one. Very disappointed in product and company response. Would not recommend this site to buy from.
