Service Needs Improvement

I have no problem with the quality of your products. I've had a Condor backpack for 10 years. However your service is very poor and well below what most retail companies offer these days. I ordered a green and also brown one to evaluate how they looked when they arrived. I found out I had to pay for the return shipping which was almost half of the cost of the backpack. I also had to pack it in the odd shaped box with a lip on it that it came in. I did not like the condescending tone of the info about how to return it and threats to charge me and not accept the return if I didn't follow everything exactly as it was written. There was no access to a human either. You should be doing everything you can to court customers. The service comes across as arrogant. I didn't like being lectured that I had to wait for an email permitting me to return something you should be thanking me for buying. You need to change your corporate mentality. It's retail; think about the customer. It's a bad look for a company that wants to sell upscale items. Think about the tone of your communications with customers you want to return again.

Well made pack!!!!

First thing you notice is the construction. Thick, rugged, and built to last. Plenty of storage and room for smaller items that usually gather at the bottom. I will be using this pack daily. The two side pockets fit a large water bottle in one and an 18 oz coffee in the other. A nicely padded sleeve for a laptop is safe and secure. Definitely a great daily use pack!
