Puer for Preservation Tea

Lovely earthy flavored tea

Lovely flavor and easy entry point for pu'er teas. Alice Waters mentioned pu'er tea in an interview and when I started researching the tea cakes and bricks made it seem a bit overwhelming, so was happy to find Boston General Store's leaf option. It is a hearty, earthy tea but not bitter - they recommend against serving with milk or sugar and I saw no need for either.
