Pistachio Kataifi "Dubai" Chocolate Bar

Absolutely insane quality. Beautiful chocolate, balanced structure, incredible mouthfeel. No flavors overtake any others, but they all shine. My wife is a huge fan of pistachio and felt the representation here was excellent. I'm more of a taste-over-looks kinda guy, but the designs are exceptional as well. Highly recommend.

Taste was great. These are my favorite. We enjoyed the new unmamed bar too. Bars were melted and had deformed upon arrival even inside the cold-packaged-box. We also felt the price was high for 3 tiny bars, but i recongize this has to do with shipping expenses. After we cooled the bars in the fridge, we we're able to handle and eat them. They were fantastic.

A note to start, I wouldn't give any of the similar type chocolate bars I've tasted 4 stars, so this is the best of the lot. Purchased these because my wife has celiac's disease. She thought that they were good but too much pistachio forward flavor for her taste. I enjoyed the creamy pistachio and crunch of the bars, of course the chocolate as always is superb. In the end these are the best of this type of bar that I have had yet.
