All alone - in a bowl!

Ok, so I’m a fairly smart person but this little contraption outsmarted me. I can’t work out where it goes. I tried to search the website and online for information but had no joy… so the little thing sits in bowl on my table all alone and separated from its friend Henry. Maybe this review might help others, maybe it will help me!
