The hat is absolutely fantastic—its the first panama hat I have ever owned, and it lives up to the hype. Its comfortable in the Middle-USA summer humidity, and looks great everywhere I go.
The makers are also super helpful—it had to ship internationally to get to me and that always creates exciting challenges, but Oska was very helpful in figuring out how to get it to me, and also very patient with my repeated emails. They were extremely kind and helpful; you couldnt ask for more from your shopping experience.
