Solid shoes without the try hard deadlifting on look. I use for my push and pull days. Will be buying another pair for when these good bad. 5/5

Good thin soled/solid shoes effective for lifting. Don’t expect a ton of side support from the mesh upper if you get active with quick side to side movement in your workout. Overall, though love these guys.
