Amazing Jacket

Firstly, I should have ordered to the specifications of the size chart. I am a US 4-6 and the XS fits perfectly, but I originally ordered a Small, which was too big for me. The return process was seamless and quick, and everyone I spoke with at Arrak was SO incredibly helpful and kind. I bought this jacket so I could have a dedicated dog jacket and keep my "nice" winter parka clean and free of dog drool, but the Winter Lady Parka is MUCH nicer than my everyday jacket, so I just wear this one instead. This is my first Arrak purchase, so I didn't know what to expect, but the materials and quality of construction are superior to every other piece of outerwear I have (this is coming from an avid skier with a bit of an outerwear addiction). Every pocket is thoughtfully and conveniently placed, the hood is large, the neck zips up very high, the cuffs have thumb holes AND velcro gaiters, and it keeps me so warm and cozy. It's nice to have a jacket that withstands use and abuse from my three dogs; they jump all over me when we're playing and the material hasn't even scuffed.
