Plants were fantastic, unfortunately the heat pack was a waste, was stone cold and plants were quite cold, but thankfully they bounced back

This was a plant I was excited to get, my first time ordering online. I think it had a rough trip traveling through the mail. Some of the leaves were crushed, but it has perked up and we shall see. I can tell it came from a good home
