Tactical E collar for Dog Training systems with personalized patch and handle option compatible with most Dogtra, Garmin, Sportdog & E-Collar Technologies receivers

I ordered 4 collars 3 where correct and looked amazing the forth whas missing the name and number patch it was taking a very long time well over a month. I reached out multiple times to find an ETA and unfortunately I got little to no response. This is not my first time ordering from them. In fact this is my fifth time ordering, and the fact that they won’t respond with an ETA of when I am to get my patch that was not included is absolutely mind blowing. How are they even in business? I’m not asking them to move mountains asking for an ETA that I paid for and I can’t even get that. Not only did they misrepresent the timeframe in which I would receive the products now they won’t even follow up with me even after I’ve ordered from them multiple times I run a dog training business, and I wanted to implement their callers into my business. Now I don’t have the confidence that they can facilitate their end of the bargain.

I’m very pleased with the collar. It is exactly what I asked for and very well built! It also fits my educator mini perfectly.

The blue is the most pretty color I’ve seen yet. Love it. ! Too big for our puppy just yet but we knew it would be. Just wanted to get it ordered since they take time to custom make. This is our 3rd order with this company and even the 1st works and operates just as good. This order was for our 3rd,4th and 5th dogs the first 2 still wear their daily! Thank you!
