I think I see a difference after just one container; I'm now on my second. I use a little more than suggested (2 tsps instead of 1 1/2), and so far, I'm satisfied. I wish I could clone myself and have one of me use it and the other me not use it to compare. Also, it gets here within 2-3 days and I like that.
