Size too big and couldn't return

The fabric was fine and the pattern beautiful. I ordered high waist as a special order as that was recommended by the seller. I ordered size S after measurements. The high waist reached too high, to my chest height, and the leggins were quite long for size S. So they didn't fit at all. I sent an email about this and received an automated message with instructions how to return. I don't have the possibility to print out the return form so I couldn't even return the pants. Currently I can see there is no size XS available anymore. No one ever answered my first email. I am disappointed in the leggings and the service. Now I have 80 euro leggings I can't use.
