We had purchased the bison burgers to try out and my husband and I loved them. We cooked them with a bit of the wagyu tallow we also purchased and it just enhanced the flavor. 10/10

Very fast delivery - on a Sunday! The burgers were delicious, and not too gamey tasting for the kids. We fried them with a little bit of vinegar.
