Precision Waterproof Eyeliner Refill

Unbeatable precision

I was looking for a black pencil to do my waterline without transferring to my bottom lid like usual. This not only stays put, but it's so fine and precise! It lets me make my top eyeline as fine or as dark as I want it.

Now a staple

Well the fact that I'm buying a refill should say it all. It's a quality liner, doesn't tug, stays put. I love the refillable container for less waste/ Just ordered another color!

Beautiful line, easy to apply

I really appreciate the fine line I am able to get from this eyeliner. I also appreciate that it glides onscreen, so I don’t have to pull or tug at my eyelid to help the liner along. My one complaint is that I find it hard to sharpen so that I can keep that lovely fine line, but patience with the included liner is key.
