TF38624 for BB386/BB392 Frames and Shimano/ SRAM GXP Cranks

Easy to install and easy to live with

Installation only requires a $30 tool and a torque wrench. Much easier than using a bearing press. The bearings are quiet and smooth. I figured out that I needed a single thin shim (many are provided) to prevent side play. I didn’t need a wave washer. I had one of these on a BB90 frame and I never had to touch it. Now I have a BB386 frame and so far so good. Thanks, Token.

No after sales support!

Revieved incorrect bb and wanted to exchange. Sent email. 7 day ago and 3 days ago. Not heard a peep. Only went for another token product after having a great set of wheels.

I can’t get a reply!

It arrived missing one of the spacers for Shimano cranks. My first e mail received a response. I informed the responder I wanted to return the bb. I have sent more e mails since, and still have not heard back.
