Mytrix Sakura Pink Cherry Wireless Switch Pro Controller for Nintendo Switch, the Newest Switch OLED, and Switch Lite

My phone had autogenerated my previous address and when i saw it I IMMEDIATELY emailed the company to let them know before it was shipped because I no longer have access to that address. I emailed twice, and messaged on the website about a good 3 times and did not get a response until AFTER the package was delivered. They advertise an “immediate response” but my response took a good 5-7 days. I never received the product and I can’t have my money refunded because its already been delivered even though I i had been emailing them since before the package had even been shipped. If you’re going to buy from this company, make sure all of your information is PERFECT because they leave no room for error and if there is an error, expect a response in a week and to have to buy another one of the products.

It’s a good controller, no real complaints from me. It also wasn’t gods awfully expensive.
