Heat Packs

Delivered to Hawaii with no problem

Ordered medium and small BSF larva during the great freeze of 2026. I figured that my order would be postponed until the areas warmed. I was wrong. Order dispatched quickly with Heat packs. I am aware that I live in HI and that my temps are fine, but I was concerned about the areas that the package might have traveled through. It arrived late (not Symton's fault, USPS) but larvae were fine. Did I need the heat packs? I don't know, but it is cheap insurance to get my order to me.

All arrived alive

It’s below freezing here in Downeast Coastal Maine and they showed up on time and all alive.

My bearded dragon loves this thank God ive tried what so many dragons I had over the last years with bsfl no luck . But what my selene she loves them .Only thing is the started to go black second day i had them
