Color different slightly more dull

High marks for this stunning boot!

Definitely a five star design! I was looking for a green boot, and since I take a tall size, there aren't a lot of places for me to shop. But I thrilled to find this style in a size that looked promising. But first let me say something about the color. This one is definitely green. The product photo makes it look like it might be a dark teal, but the product description is true to the hue. It is green...with just a hint of blue. So naturally, I was thrilled when I opened the box. (OMG! I placed my order right after lunch on a Friday, and the delivery arrived Monday morning!) But then cold reality set it. I have Spring Step styles that fit my size 12 feet quite well in a size 44, but sometimes the shoe goddesses smile down on me, and I can find a size 11 that works just fine. Unfortunately for me, this boot was great in the length, but my toes said, "No!" So I'm returning this pair and headed elsewhere on the Spring Step site to see what they have in my size that would be a suitable consolation. Long story short: this boot is highly recommended. Get out there and wear it for those of us who can't!
