Good Keemun
A good, basic Keemun. I use water that is cooler than boiling and also use milk. This gives it a nutty flavour.

Perfect tea
Keemun Black is the perfect tea. It's the perfect replacement for Prince of Wales tea, which is hard to find, and it is low in tannin so I don't get headaches from drinking the tea.
