Product was fine, docked a star for return shipping

As the title says, the product was fine but I returned it because I no longer needed it. It didn't provide free or reduced return shipping label. Just be aware that shipping the product back will be high because of size & weight of packaging. In retrospect, I would have ordered it through Amazon or at my local BJ's for better, cheaper return experience.
