Ironically not very well designed for wiener dogs unless you size up. Still a great product for our other dog though.

Shirt is smaller than expected. Order a size larger. The decal must have still been warm when packaged because the shirt was stuck together. I had to peel it apart in order to unfold it. I would not buy again.
