Best cookbooks ever

The Beladi cook book is the forst Palestinian cookbook I have found that actually made food the way we made it in my mother in laws kitchen. Such a wonderful find! The no waste cookbook is fantastic also. It inspired me to revive my sourdough and Ive made the waffles from my scraps. Win win! Love the reusable grocery bags. I can’t but anymore plastic without cringing. Thanks so much gneiss spice!
