Cool Comfort Small Dog Bed

Product itself is great. Fits the space I need it to, the cover seems to repel water and dirt to a degree, and my dog seems real happy with it. Order arrived quickly after being placed so everything was great in that regard. The only thing letting down this order was communication prior to ordering. I sent a couple of emails to try get some information about the product that was not listed or clear on the website and had no response for 2 weeks, ended up rolling the dice and ordering anyway and luckily it all worked out, but still no response from their customer service email. Product is excellent. Customer service leaves a lot to be desired
