So Coco Sleeveless Sheath Dress

I ordered a size 14, I received a size 18. No response regarding the mistake that was made. Stuck with a size 18. Last time! Hello the 18 is equivalent to 14 as they run 2 sizes small please try on if it goes not fit we can exchange at no charge most people don’t read the description so we adjust accordingly

The quality of the material used was good;. Shipping was fast, however, the sizing was awful, at least 2 sizes too small. The neck of the dress chokes you and it’s cut too small. I contacted the seller to obtain a refund ultimately, to exchange for a larger size but the seller has to approve the refund and then send a shipping label. After it was approved the seller never sent the label after I requested it multiple times. I like their clothes but they are definitely hit or miss!

The sizing of the dresses is off by about 2 sizes . I contacted the store to request a refund and was told they emailed me the return label (which never happened) now I am stuck with two dresses that I can’t wear. Horribly disappointed!! I’ve spent a lot of money with this company which adds insult to injury.
