I have been using the bed balm for a number of years, I really wouldn't be without. It's calming, gentle and smells divine.

Nice for aches and pains

The pot size is very handy for travel and it is good for massaging into achy areas, but the scent is not my favourite, so I much prefer the 'Sleep Drops' - just personal preference!
