So helpful

I moved all my WordPress content over to Shopify and learned their system pretty easily on my own but in the final stretch I had a lot of questions and uncertainty about the best way to handle the final details before I switched everything over to the new location. Shelley was very helpful, knowledgeable, and offered great advice on all my questions while she took care of the DNS changes for me during our session. This one hour saved me days or weeks in digging around and weeding through details, not to mention the certain trial and error I would have had on my own.

Booking a Shopify Power Hour was the best decision! I decided to book the Shopify Power Hour after Shelley completed a Mini Shopify Site Audit of my website and I'm so glad that I took the next step and booked her for an hour to help me make changes to my site. Not only was Shelley able to provide me with a ton of helpful suggestions for improvements that I could make to my site, but she was also able to make most of the changes herself during the time that we had together, which was amazing! She is efficient, super knowledgeable, and is also great at explaining all of the potential options available in a way that makes things easy to understand. Having a video of our meeting that I could look back on afterward was so helpful too because if gave me a roadmap to follow while making additional changes. A few days after our meeting, she even followed up with me to see if I needed help making any of the additional changes that I was working on. You can tell that she truly cares about her clients! Making updates to my website has always felt stressful to me, especially since I have so many products on my site. It was incredible to have Shelley take a look at the layout of my online shop/pages, offer suggestions for improvements, and then also be able to accomplish most of those changes/updates during the Shopify Power Hour! I feel so much better about how my site looks and, thanks to her great explanations, I also feel more confident about my own ability to make changes to my Shopify site too. Thanks so much, Shelley!
