I placed my original order 11/20 with express shipping. I checked the order for updates on 11/24 & saw it had been cancelled! I replaced my order with the same 2-day express shipping yet today is 12/3 & I still have not recurved my order as the agent claimed I would. The order didn’t even ship out until I had to inquire about it again on 12/1. The agent gives some type of explanation of why 2-day express paid shipping is taking 10 days & it sounds like complete bs. My first & last time ordering from gld. My package is still not scheduled to arrive today as quoted by the agent. Highly unsatisfactory. Now that I have it, it links all the time, doesn’t lay flat, has a shine but beware of their misleading shipping dates. They will not accept fault at all.
