Wrong handed club!

My overall experience with this purchase has been extremely disappointing. I ordered a right-handed club, but I was sent a left-handed club, which I cannot use. I have made several attempts to contact someone about returning the incorrect club, but unfortunately, I have not been able to get any assistance. As a result, I am now stuck with a club I did not order and will never be able to use. Now that I finally have someone’s attention, I would appreciate your help resolving this issue. Please provide me with instructions and a prepaid return shipping label so I can return the incorrect left-handed club. I would like one of the following resolutions: 1. Send me the correct right-handed club that I originally ordered, at no additional cost to me; or 2. Issue me a full refund to my original method of payment. Since the incorrect item was sent through no fault of my own, I do not believe I should be responsible for any return shipping or additional costs associated with correcting the order. Please let me know how we can get this resolved as soon as possible. I would really appreciate the opportunity for your company to make this right. Thank you.
