Toasty gloves
Bought these as a replacement for an old pair of peralizumis. These kept my fingers warm, and only later did I find out that wind chills were in the mid-20s.

Great Quality Light Cycling Gloves
Warm enough for 45-55F, anything below will be chilly especially with strong winds. Worked well with touchscreen. Fit wise, felt I could have gone a one size up from what I measured.
