Never Received

Never received my order, and according to the representative the item was “out of stock” and a replacement unable to be sent, though it shows as in stock on the website. They did say they issued a refund, but that Amazon may take a few days to show the refund— I did not order through Amazon, and am skeptical this refund will actually appear. Overall, a dissatisfying experience.
