Fawn & Espresso

We used Fawn & Espresso colors and the "live" edge. Also used the exact concrete & materials recommended by CCS. The finished product is pretty good, but it was a scary process getting there. As the video suggests, we sanded and then washed the concrete. Then, started spraying on the fawn, and it left absolutely zero color. So, we let the concrete dry completely and applied it again, which left a hint of color in areas where it was puddling. We decided to go heavy with the espresso bc it appeared it wasn't going to actually stain the concrete either. Somehow, through the process, the stain did actually absorb, but it has more puddling than we would have liked. Adding water after the stain was applied was not effective at softening the edges. Overall, we're pleased with it, but it did not perform as the videos we had watched on the manufacturer's website.

Water base Sequoia

This is a great alternative to acid stain. Easy cleanup and fumes are barely noticeable. I was very happy with the finish product and the homeowner's love it.
