Hard to work with and flaked off. I ended up sanding it all off.

Flow is hard to deal with. Followed instructions but should have instructional video on this difficult flow. Cracked in several places. No response

Extremely difficult to work with

This product did what it's supposed to do, but boy is it stressful to work with. It has a strange plastic like consistency and hardens very quickly. Z instructed me to try some on a spare piece of cement board, which I did, but I should have practiced more than I did with a larger peice of board, maybe something more comparable to the size of the countertops.
