Creme Brûlée Gourmet Chocolate Bar

Far too sweet. Nice to see the ingredients lined up, but this was a sugar bomb without any nuance. The one saving grace was it actually tasted like Creme Brule in every bite, unlike some of the other creations where the flavor is just mechanical. Still, this was unbalanced and unenjoyable.

Delicious and really well packed. Arrived in perfect shape.

Compartes chocolate is DELICIOUS! For a while I was fairly disciplined, only eating one piece from each of the two boxes for a total of two per day but on one particular day I threw caution to the wind and ate about six pieces out of one box . . . . such fresh ingredients! However, what particularly impressed me was the delivery which relates to its “no melt” guarantee. Two or three years ago, I received boxes of melted chocolate from a very well known or popular chocolatier. (I communicated the situation with the company and received absolutely no response. So, I’ve been satisfied with purchasing relatively good chocolate from the grocery store. ) My first-time Compartes delivery has proven to be a quality, mouth-watering experience.
