Hulls

I like the popcorn. It seems that once the kernel has popped open the hull stays in its full size and makes it unappealing to consume the popcorn. I find myself picking through the bowl and aiming for kernels of corn and picking off the hull. I guess that will keep me from over consumption!

Super popcorn!

I am a popcorn fiend! So when I read about Farmer Bob’s mushroom shape corn, I ordered some. I used olive oil and a heavy bottomed pot, as usual. These kernels popped big round puffs, and the taste, golden color, and texture were superb! It was hard, but I even shared it. I show regular(white)popcorn next to your mushroom popcorn to show the color difference.
