Excellent! I LOVE that the sleeves are not too short and the torso has enough length that when you put up your arms it does not lift up the whole jacket. Big improvement from other work jacket's I've worn.

I absolutely LOVE this jacket. And I am very picky about what clothing I wear. And this is the only hi vis jacket I’ll ever own. It’s lightweight, easy to move in and conforms to the female body perfectly. I’m a size 6 and got M. Great colors and great detail!

Fantasic comapny. I’ve searched for years for good fitting durable clothing as an EMT and I have been blown away and not only by this jacket and the fit and the warmth but the pants 10 out of 10. 5.11 can’t compete.
