Excellent table and fantastic customer service

We’re really pleased with our experience with Masterplank. We originally ordered a 120cm table and then decided to change this to 130cm and the team were incredibly helpful in accommodating the change. When the table arrived, we noticed an issue with the finish on the tabletop, as well as some damage to the coating on the metal legs. We contacted Masterplank with some photos, and Beth and Jordan were fantastic in getting everything sorted. They immediately acknowledged the issues, apologised and arranged for a completely new tabletop to be made and delivered, along with replacement legs. The communication throughout was excellent and the whole process was dealt with quickly and without any fuss. We now have our replacement table and it looks great. Mistakes can happen, but what really stood out to us was how well the issues were handled. Great quality furniture, brilliant customer service and a company that genuinely cares about putting things right. We’d happily recommend Masterplank and would definitely buy from them again.
