Simple setup & my fluffle was immediately interested in it. They spend time on it or in it every single day. They said it’s a 10/10 & want me to order another!

Broken Product and Horrible Customer Service

This product was not made properly. The pieces would not fit together and one piece actually broke when we tried to force it. A couple of years ago, I purchased the same product for another one of my bunnies and it was a tight fit, but not like this. I immediately put in to return it. I got a email back from their AI system requesting pictures of the product. I emailed back pictures as soon as I could, and I have not had any further communication from the company. Now I have a big box of garbage that I am waiting to return, and a bunny with no hide away. I'm extremely disappointed and will not be purchasing from this company again.

My bunnies love laying in this tunnel. I was worried that the roof would be unstable, but m bunny jumps on and off it with no problem.
