Exactly what I requested and good customer service
It was great! The writing for personalization was exactly accurate and nice looking/readable. Also, I had a small issue where one part was cracked and broke apart. I emailed with pictures and they sent a new one, no questions asked and no need for return (it was personalized anyway).

Caution with subsequent orders
I ordered identical trophies on two separate dates (approx 1 month apart). Despite the information being the same, the additional trophies have engraving font/size/placement which is different, and so they don't match. This is unfortunate, so you may want to ensure you order all at once.
