Not enough material

We provided drawings and SF amounts of coverage needed and hoped that the WT team could tell us how much product we would need in order to cover the area we were applying the brick to. They did a standard 10% waste calculation and when we installed we realized we were wasting a good 1/3 of each end panel resulting in not enough material and a delay in completing our project. It would be helpful for sales teams to understand the installation of each product so that adequate coverage is provided with enough waste so that projects can be completed in one application rather than having to reorder due to lack of product. Once completed, the project looked amazing and we are happy with the product in general. Just not happy with the customer service in how much product was recommended to purchase.
