This long sleeve is very cool. And I feel very nice wearing it. I do like the material and it feels good wearing it. I don't plan on using it for the gym, just for more comfort and style. But I am disappointed that it's not true to size. I normally wear a XL but I definitely needed a xxl. So I highly recommend sizing up. I think this would be great for anyone using it for athletic wear.
