Excellent product !

Rarely do I leave reviews, but this time it's warranted. I adore this brand, especially since our local cycling café stocks most of their items. However, their stock tends to sell out quickly. So, I opted to order directly from their website. Just as I clicked "purchase," I realized I was missing two items in my basket. Wanting to avoid extra shipping costs from Canada, I tried to cancel my order but received no response. Eventually, they apologized and sent a package with the missing items, handling the shipping. They even provided a PayPal link for easy payment. It would have been appreciated if they covered the duty fees, though. Despite the hassle during a busy period with work, the person I communicated with was incredibly helpful and kind. Regarding the items, I'm a huge fan of their merino products – you can't go wrong with them!
