The Nutcracker Man - Stacking Mug Set

This has NOTHING to do with the quality of my mugs. The customer service was the worst. I ordered and paid for the mugs months before I received them. MONTHS! I contacted them multiple times asking about the status of my order, and they never responded. I finally received the mugs this week with a note apologizing. She stated my order came in when they were closed. Why keep your shop up for orders? Why not respond to my emai? I am so disappointed in this service. I will never order from them or recommend them.

It took FOREVER for this item to arrive. When it did they included a handwritten note apologizing for the delay and a gift. That makes a big difference with me. The mugs are beautiful and they will make an amazing gift.
