Thank you for sending me a replacement manual. The original manual was badly damaged by water while it was in the shipping box. There are holes in the plastic sleeve for the manual. The water entered in these holes. I recommend eliminating the holes. The reason I didn't rate the product with 5 stars is because it is difficult to lift off the floor. The harness is the only way to grab the machine. Doing this the machine tips over on its side. Is there a better way to lift the machine? Try it yourself. Lift the machine with the straps when it has a full tank of chemicals.
