I found Alan, Dreamchaser, through Instagram his content is incredible. I’ve been going to PT 4 months prior to surgery and started back up again. I’ve become bored with repetitive exercises and don’t feel like they are pushing me. Not to mention the $$$. This includes a 36 wk program. You get a word doc with ACL protocol, a doc for testing into next phases & a free hip mobility program. It’s structured into weeks and he provides daily exercise program for 5 days / week with 2 off days for hip mobility program. It tells you the name or exercise, how many reps, then a column with some details explaining the exercise. He includes a link to YouTube videos so that you can watch him perform each exercise. Most exercises require bands, foam roller, weights, and some machines. So access to a gym is required but you can get scrappy and try to do them w/o a machine. It’s worth every penny! Can’t wait to get back to my normal activities knowing my leg will be strong and avoid further injuries.

Great amount of information. Thought it would have more imaging and direction on the workouts.
