Best sleep in a long while

It doesn't take long to notice improved sleep. Dreaming is back. My watch is measuring metrics of sleep and indicates a better balance of deep, light and REM sleep. I typically drag myself out of bed in the morning. But when taking Myco Rest Capsules, I often wake up before my alarm and feeling more rested. My husband notices the difference when I take Myco Rest.

So far so amazing!

It’s only been a few nights, but I definitely am staying asleep more consistently throughout the night. I feel much more rested in the morning too, It’s surprising; considering I feel like I dream way more. The dreams are much more vivid and realistic.

Only used 1 night, but it seems to have helped. Want to give it a month consistently before determining.
